This vignette is based off of the time where Gilgamesh spends at Enkidu's bedside as he is fatally ill. By interacting with various objects in the scene, the player (as Gilgamesh) takes on the role of both a bystander and caretaker for Enkidu at the end of his life. There are no points and no signals that Enkidu is getting any better as a result of their actions. The only certainty is that time passes, and once the player has spent their time with Enkidu and exhausted all of the interactions in the scene, it ends. The scene is displayed as still and monochromatic to emphasize this delicate and difficult moment- the actions small, and with little impact on Enkidu's state, but the meaning is derived wholly from the caretaker's point of view.
